Peel Health Campus Redevelopment and Commissioning Program: Private Hospital Co-location Project

⁠⁠⁠SMHS is seeking to undertake a two stage procurement process to select a private healthcare provider to design, construct and operate a co-located private hospital within the Peel Health Campus (PHC) site, including consideration of shared services and/or facilities if viable.

The purpose of this Invitation is to:

• invite prospective Respondents to lodge an EOI as the first stage of a two stage procurement process;
• provide preliminary information to prospective Respondents regarding the Project;
• provide details to prospective Respondents concerning the Procurement Process, including;

1. the indicative timetable and stages for the Procurement Process;
2. the submission requirements for EOIs;
3. the approach to evaluation of EOIs; and
4. the Terms and Conditions for the Procurement Process.
