Tender Description
The Waikerie Riverfront Community Hub is a proposal for new football clubrooms & function space facility to be located on the River Murray side of the main oval of the existing Waikerie sporting precinct on Peake Terrace. This new facility is proposed to replace the current existing facilities on the opposing side of the oval and further enhance the amenity of the site for the broader Waikerie community.
The Waikerie Football Club & District Council of Loxton Waikerie invites prospective tenderers to join the current project and design team to provide project management services in an Early Contractor Integration (ECI) process. During the design phase of the project the successful Tenderer will be appointed as Project & Design Manager & liaise with the main stakeholder group while also overseeing the design team and the development of the documentation while providing buildability and cost inputs to the design/project team.
