Rotorua Lakes Council Ticketing Services 2022 - 2025

The purpose of this RFP is to invite interested parties to submit a proposal for the supply of ticketing services to Rotorua Lakes Council at all venues. Council wishes to appoint a high quality and suitably experienced Ticket Service Provider to contribute positively to the experience of attendees of events. Ticketing services are primarily required for The Sir Howard Morrison Centre (950 Seat Theatre, 300 seat black box, 350 seat conference/ exhibition room), The Energy Events Centre (3,000 PAX arena, 1,500 PAX Conference room and break-out spaces) and Rotorua International Stadium (20,000 PAX) and secondarily for any other Council sites and/or events as may be required (indoor and outdoor).
