In conducting this RFT, Councils objective is to Tender both projects together to attract interested Tenderers capable of carrying out works for both projects. Council may elect to award each project to separate Tenderers or together to a single Tenderer based on Tenders received:
Project 1 - 17386 Rehabilitate the stormwater drainage system at Pettigrew Street, Woodend
Project 2 - 17617 Rehabilitate the stormwater drainage system at Hayne Street, Woodend
As detailed in the Request for Tender document, Council will be holding site visits for 17617 Rehabilitation of Stormwater Drainage System at Hayne Street, Woodend to allow interested Tenderers to inspect the site. Site inspections are scheduled for 9am,15 December 2021 and 9am,22 December 2021.
Interested Tenderers are required to RSVP one (1) day prior to the site inspection date via e-mail to Council’s Representative as specified in Item 4 of the Request for Tender. Tenderers are not permitted to attend the site outside of the time allocations as this project requires access via private property, therefore there is no unauthorised access unless directed by Council.
Council will not be holding a briefing meeting for 17386 Rehabilitation of Stormwater Drainage System at Pettigrew Street, Woodend as this is open to the general public.
