Objective is to engage an experienced and suitably prequalified consultant’s team to act as Principal’s Authorised Person (PAP), undertake Contract Administration and Site Surveillance for the Kent /Novar Street Intersection Upgrades on behalf of TCCS Land Release Infrastructure (LRI).
