Tender Description
On behalf of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst, experienced commercial building contractors are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for the proposed building works at Mackillop College Bathurst NSW including a new classroom block and staff hub extension.
The school must remain operational during the works so the management of site safety will be critical.
building works will be constructed under a lump sum contract and only head contractors should apply.
The submissions will be evaluated based on capability and experience. A minimum of 6 suitable contractors may be invited to tender on the project within the 1st quarter of 2022.
Submissions shall be emailed to the architects at email: tenders@havenhandmather.com.au
All submissions shall be in writing and must include the following information:
• Company, Licence & WHS system details;
• A brief Capability Statement specific to this project;
• Details of 3 or more recent school projects (or similar projects) with client contact details;
• Recent references (at least 3).
