Tender Description
The City of Mitcham (“Council”) invites tenders for the Provision of Road Pavement Treatments (the Works). 2.2 The Works required by Council will located at a number of sites throughout the local area and are detailed in Section D “Scope of Work and Specification”. 2.1 The Council may enter into a Contract for the Works with the successful Tenderer.
The Contract will be for a term of 3 years with the option for Council to extend the Contract for a further 2 years (3+1+1) at their discretion.
