Expression of Interest – Industrial Estate – Gateway Allotment

⁠⁠⁠Parkes Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from proponents who are interested in purchasing Lot 1 on the southern corner of Saleyards Road and the Newell Highway. The area is approximately 8,000 square metres and is yet to be subdivided and developed. Council is looking to work with an interested party over the next 12 months to maximise the value of the land and develop an appropriate business for such a prominent location.
