Tender Description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of labour, materials, plant and equipment to construct a new netted swimming enclosure at Bayview Park, Concord. Works include:

• Supply and installation of timber piles and steel piles
• Supply and installation of polyethylene shark netting and associated rigging
• Construction of a accessible concrete ramp along the Council-managed foreshore for access from the carpark to the beach fronting the swimming enclosure
• Supply and installation of an outdoor shower and associated plumbing and drainage
• Site restoration and landscaping, with 6 week establishment period
