Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) seeks applications for the bulk up and marketing of a new variety of yellow serradella, SerraMax.

SerraMax was bred by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) from seed collected from the Greek island of Santorini in May 1987, and evaluated under the Breeder's Code 87GEH72.1a. SerraMax has provisional PBR protection in Australia under the Plant Breeder's Rights Act 1994.

How to apply
Should you wish to submit a proposal to be granted a license, please address in writing, the selection criteria in the EOI document. The terms and conditions for the licence are specified within the EOI document.

Following the EoI process, DPIRD will negotiate a licence or licences with the successful party or parties.
