Targeted Identification and Review of Heritage Items

⁠⁠⁠Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced heritage consultants with experience in planning to undertake the targeted identification of under-represented types of heritage items in the Hornsby Local Government Area (LGA), and to review the viability of heritage items in Hornsby's high-density areas.

The selection of the consultant will be undertaken on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Appreciation of the project brief and purpose of the project.
2. Proposed methodology including consultation and liaison with identified parties.
3. Consultant's qualifications, skills and experience.
4. Details of project budget (note: the lowest quotation may not be selected).
5. Detailed project timeline demonstrating ability and commitment to complete the project within the set timeframe.
Responses to the RFQ are due by 10:30am, Thursday 27 January 2022 (NSW).
