Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is inviting tenders from experienced, competent, innovative and achievement driven organisations to manage and operate the following swimming pool centres:

• Kendall Community Pool
• Laurieton War Memorial Swimming Baths
• Port Macquarie War Memorial Olympic Pool
• Wauchope Memorial Olympic Pool

The Tendering Local Preference Policy will apply to this Request for Tender.

A manadatory site visit will be held on Monday 13 December 2021 at 10:30am.

Please confirm with the contact person detailed at Item 6.1 of Part A Conditions of Tendering, your attendance at this meeting no later than the close of business 10 December 2021.

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory and failure to attend will preclude your company from further assessment.
