Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable building contractors for consideration in the preparation of a tender panel by Fraser Coast Anglican College. Hervey Bay, for the construction of Stage 2 - Multi-Purpose Building Expansion, including associated site works.

The works include enclosure of existing covered sports courts and construction of two 2 storey extensions fofalling 3,550sqm, to provide for enlarged courts oreo, café, amenities and mezzanine. Drama Studio, Stage and back of house facilities. Also includes renovation and upgrading of existing facades, interiors of 3 existing GLAS, and storage areas.

Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2022.

Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees.

Submissions are to be emailed in the first instance and received by COB Wednesday 15th December 2021.
