Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council (Council) is seeking to Lease the property to known as the Flagstone Kiosk located at Flagstone Regional Park, Flagstonian Drive, Flagstone Queensland 4280 (Property) on the terms and conditions contained in this tender package.

ENQUIRIES

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via the  Online Forum, is 4:00pm Thursday 13, 2022. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses must be submitted online using the Online Response Forms within the Portal. On occasion, you will also be instructed to upload separate documentation to support your submission.

If you have been asked to make a response to a mandatory question and it is not applicable for your submission, please enter N/A into the mandatory field. If a mandatory is left blank, you will not be able to upload your submission.

TENDER BRIEFING

An online tender briefing session will be held for prospective tenderers on Tuesday 7 December 2021, via MS Teams commencing at 1pm.
Attendance at the online tender briefing session is not mandatory.

Prospective tenderers are to contact (email: tendering@logan.qld.gov.au) by 2pm, Monday 6 December 2021 advising the names of those proposing to attend the online tender briefing session. Once registered, a link will be provided to join the session.

The online tender briefing session is expected to conclude within one (1) hour.

SITE VISIT

A site inspection will be held at 10am Wednesday 8, December 2021 at the Property. Attendance at the site inspection is not mandatory but is recommended.

Respondents are to contact tendering@logan.qld.gov.au by 3pm Tuesday 7 December 2021 advising the names of those proposing to attend the site inspection. A maximum of 2 representatives per tenderer are able to attend the inspection. Depending on the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the proposed inspection, a second inspection may be arranged depending on the number of persons wishing to attend or alternatively, inspections may be arranged at different times.
