Cairns Regional Council (Council) is seeking the support of suitably qualified and experienced professional services provider to undertake the Transaction Manager (TM) role to facilitate the delivery process for the Cairns Water Security Strategy Stage 1. The TM will be experienced in ECI/ D&C procurement processes and will provide guidance and facilitation services throughout the procurement / selection process. Th TM will form part of Council’s project team, working closely with the project manager to assist in the management of interfaces between the other members of the client-side delivery team involved in the procurement process (namely Owner’s Engineer, Legal Advisor and Probity Advisor).
