Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit quotes for access improvements at McMaugh Gardens aged care facility in Uralla NSW.

Scope of works includes:

• Enlargement of 7 doorways.
• Replacement of 4 doors.
• Extension of principle entrance access ramp and replacement of handrails.

All works must comply with the Disability (Access to Premises — Buildings) Standards 2010.

Inspection with Council’s Manager of Development and Planning is required prior to quote submission. Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.

Submitted quotes should:

• Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council, and
• Include a list of deliverables.

Please forward quotes to council@uralla.nsw.gov.au by 28 January 2022.

Works must be complete by 30 June 2022.
