Rehabilitation of Sewer Maintenance Holes

⁠⁠⁠The complete project description, scope of work, specific site and project requirements shall be as defined in the Technical Specifications contained in Volume 2 of the Contract documents and as shown on the plans contained in Volume 3.
This tender is for Tamworth Regional Council Contract Number T066-2022 and involves:
- Inspection, surface preparation and rehabilitation of sewer manholes.
- Removal and replacement of components not suitable for rehabilitation typically lids and surrounds.
- The removal, repair and installation of internal drop structures, where required.
- The cutting of roots, clearing of debris, sand, silt etc. from sewer maintenance holes.
- Removal and safe disposal of all waste material.
- Provision to the council of DVDs or mass storage of photographs showing pre and post condition of rehabilitated maintenance holes.
- All vehicle traffic control / diversion as necessary at the site. All traffic control shall be in accordance with the Roads and Maritime Traffic Control at Work Sites (TCAWS) 2018 Version.

Provisional Items are for rates only items and are for additional work that may need to be carried out and as directed by the Principal. The contract is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates and Lump Sums.

Due to the nature of the contract and the current Covid-19 situation, There will be an OPTIONAL pre-tender meeting for interested parties. This will be conducted at 9:00am, Tuesday 14th December.
