Tender Description
The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is requesting information on organisations or specialists who can provide an solutions to achieve the required capabilities below.
SAP development expertise to assist in the extraction and evaluation of data from SAP systems for financial audit purposes.
The intention of this include
• Developing or providing ABAP scripts or other automated SAP extraction processes that can extract specific data about the configuration of a SAP system that can be used to determine if it is configured correctly for audit purposes (for example, lists of users with certain types of permissions).
• Developing or providing ABAP scripts or other automated SAP extraction processes that can extract specific transactional data that will be separately analysed for audit purposes (for example, extracting a list of all journals, and their associated line items, within a certain date range for specific company codes).
• Developing or providing ABAP scripts or other automated evaluation of information extracted above.
The ANAO will consider off the shelf or modified systems to meet this need as well as a team/individual(s) with relevant experience who would develop a bespoke solution.
The ANAO also welcomes any innovative ideas to achieve the above.
