Tender Description

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services (SCHHS) Building Engineering and Maintenance (BEMS) has identified the need for the construction of 79 additional carparks spread across three separate areas at Caloundra Hospital:

  • Carpark A
  • Carpark B
  • Carpark G 
The works will include the following:
 
  • Preliminaries
  • Demolition
  • Bulk Earthworks
  • Bitumen Carparking
  • Concrete Footpaths
  • Kerbs and Channels
  • Site Stormwater Drainage
  • Markings
  • Electrical
  • Signage
Caloundra Hospital is a fully functioning hospital and operates 24 hours, 7 days per week.  The utmost care must be taken to minimise any disruption to services.
