Tender Description
Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for the purchase and removal of one demountable structure.
The demountable structure is surplus to the strategic and operational needs of Council and as such, Expressions of Interest for purchase and removal are invited to enable the site to be better utilised.
The demountable external dimensions are 4800 x 2400 x 2600. It has most recently been used as secure storage for community groups. It is mounted on raised concrete pillars and has a window mounted air-conditioner. The structure is being offered as is.
Sturdy construction of painted steel siding walls, particle board flooring, wooden joists and steel supports with a corrugated steel roof 3 windows and a lockable door.
