Millars Well Community CO-OP

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitable tenants for Millars Well Community CO-OP, situated at Teesdale Place, Millars Well 6714 (Lot 3897).

The commercial market rental value of the disposition was assessed at $350 - $375 ex. GST per square metre on 11 November 2021, but the City is seeking a rate of $175 ex. GST plus outgoings to atrract a suitable tenant that aligns with the intent of 'community purpose'. Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the Expression of Interest.
