Graffiti Removal Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of either a of suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out provision of Graffiti Removal Services on a wide range of surfaces from the Principal’s buildings and properties; as well as other government and privately owned buildings and properties throughout its municipal area.

These services also include the supply and application of sealant and non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coatings as directed by the Principal.

The Contractor(s) will be required to provide all labour, plant, equipment, supervision, materials, traffic management and all other items as required necessary for the services.

All equipment supplied by the City is to be returned in same condition as supplied.

The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend up to one (1) subsequent year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.

The Contract is expected to commence in January 2022.
