Tender Description

This project involves refurbishment of the Officers Mess at Keswick Barracks in South Australia. This includes structural repair work to address significant cracking, installation of pavement, cosmetic crack repair, painting and waterproofing works, carpet replacement, a full building re-wire, lighting replacement, an air conditioning upgrade, provision of a demand management system and provision of a safe roof access system.
