Tender Description
Construction of the perimeter embankment, decant accessway, decant structure, upstream underdrainage and downstream seepage collection / interception systems and associated infrastructure for the Integrated Waste Landform / Tailings Storage Facility (IWL/TSF). The proposed facility comprises an ‘inner’ TSF surrounded by a waste dump, the Integrated Waste Landform. Construction is civil and earthworks starting from site survey, clearing and establishment works, foundation preparation, embankment earthworks, above-ground return water pond, decant access causeway, decant structure, downstream seepage collection system as per the industry standards and in compliance with statutory regulations.
