Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation which is responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network which connects over 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources.

The Scope

Western Power is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the maintenance of the Western Power overhead distribution and transmission assets that form and feed into the South West Interconnected System (SWIS).

Services are required for up to 36-months, commencing July 2022 and include a combination of pole replacements, reconductoring, cross arm and cross beam replacements, defects and repairs, and transmission line spray washing and siliconing services.

Registration Requirements

Suppliers are required to respond to the following for the ROI submission:

• Demonstrate track record and capability in delivering distribution and transmission asset maintenance in relation to the high-level Scope requirements stated above.
• References from at least three customers for whom your organisation has completed similar services.
• Safety, Health & Environment information is requested as part of this exercise.
