Tender Description
The Compassionate Communities model develops sustainable skills, policies, structures and resources to support members of the community in caring for each other at the end of life in addition to grief and bereavement support. The grants program will fund projects that focus on issues and opportunities specific to a local government area.
There are 8 grants of $20,000 available for local government to support new and existing compassionate communities initiatives.
All local governments within Western Australia are eligible to apply and the grants have been divided across the state as follows: 2 x metropolitan, 2 x outer metropolitan, 2 regional, 2x remote
