Tender Description
The City of Mandurah is seeking to engage an appropriately experienced Architect also referred to as a Consultant for the purpose of this contract (incorporating a team of all necessary sub consultants) for the provisions of the full range of consultancy services for the review of schematic design, design development and construction contract documentation stages together with tender evaluation and construction Supervision for the Construction of the Dawesville Community Centre.
The Requirements to be provided by the Tenderer, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2 Specification.
Non-Mandatory Briefing for Tenderers will be held at:
