Chair, Audit Panel Independent Member, Audit Panel

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to be considered for the roles of Chair or Independent Member of its Audit Panel (two positions).
The Audit Panel is an advisory committee with a broad mandate to review, advise and make recommendations to the Council on its knowledge of and experience in relevant industries, and experience with governance processes including risk management.

The successful candidates are required to prepare for and attend four to six meetings per year, plus occasional conference calls or online meetings if needed. A modest remuneration is offered.
