The Shire of Exmouth (the Principal) requires the services of a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a detailed needs assessment for Aged Care Facilities within the township of Exmouth, WA.

The Exmouth Council would like to understand what type of facilities are needed by the Exmouth community, the potential level of demand both current and into the future, the potential ownership structures, management models, capital funding alternatives, and indicative high-level feasibility assessment.

This work will assist Shire and Council in better understanding this industry sector and determining its level of planning and support for any future aged care facility development.
