Tender Description
The Shire seeks a competent contractor to undertake the capital and maintenance works of concrete paths, kerbing and other minor concrete slabs.
Capital footpath works may include liaison with residents, boxout and preparation of the subgrade, forming and placement of concrete, backfill and tidy up of site.
Renewal and replacement works will require removal of existing asphalt or concrete and replacement with new concrete.
All works will require the contractor to ensure appropriate Traffic and Pedestrian Management is in place for the duration of any works.
