Purchase of Carbon Offsets

⁠⁠⁠The City’s Corporate Greenhouse Action Plan (CGAP) (2019/20) had an objective to reduce the City’s greenhouse gas emissions by 19% per capita by 2020, relative to 2000 levels. The City of Armadale wishes to purchase 83,351 tCO2-e of carbon offsets. A quotation is requested for your organisation to provide these offsets. All offsets must be allowed under the Climate Active Carbon Neutral (CACN) Standard.

Preference will be given to the supplier that meets the required quantity of offsets allowed under the CACN Standard for the lowest price. Evidence must be supplied, verifying that that the credits have been purchased from the nominated source prior to the 30th March, 2022.
