Expressions of Interest - Lease of Cherry Orchard

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from persons or organisations to lease the following land for cherry fruit production:

Address: 55 George Campbell Drive, Mudgee - Lot 63 DP618063
Land Area: 16.74ha with 8.5ha planted with mature, fruit producing cherry trees.
Water: The orchard is watered through drip irrigation.

The site can only be utilised for the management and production of cherry fruit, with no grazing of livestock permitted.

It is proposed that the terms of the lease be for a period of 2 years, with potentially 2 harvest yields during that term and will be subject to conditions set out within the lease document.
