Scope of Work

Rio Tinto is looking to trial additional drilling consumables and product support for Pilbara Sites. The trial will be conducted over a 12 month period with agreed framework and Key Performance Indicators.

Drill fleet includes: Epiroc D65,PV271,PV275 DML; Cubex QXR920, XQR112 ;Sandvik DR540,DR560, DI650; Bucyrus SKSS, SKF ;CAT MD6420,MD6310,MD6250.

Drill hole size: 127mm to 270mm in both rotary and hammer

The required supply of drilling consumables will include but not be limited to:

- Rotary drill bits
- Hammer drill bits
- Subs
- Drill pipe (alloy)
- Lifting bells & rings
- Deck Bushes
- Other consumables in relation to operation of drill string
- Associated services to support trial

As this is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, the specifics of the package of work relating to breadth of scope, location and timing may be subject to change. If successful, the Supplier/s will be notified of any changes prior to award.
