THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL
The purpose of the project is to provide an accessible route to the Twizel Council Service Agency and Market Place shops from the adjoining carpark and to improve the appearance of this entrance to the civic area.

New entry steps, an accessible ramp and a new terrace are to be constructed next to the Twizel Service Agency. Works include the supply and installation of handrails and a cycle rack.

We seek a contractor that can meet the following project requirements:
• Accurate construction to meet accessibility needs
• Quality finish for an important community asset
• Public Health and Safety in a public area
• Project timing and co-ordination so that access can be established to the service agency as soon as possible.
