Tender Description
Contractors are invited to tender for this contract, which is for the installation of 1.5m wide asphalt footpaths at various locations and townships within the Selwyn District.
Additional construction works are required at Boundary Rd in Lincoln. This site also includes the construction of car parking in accordance to with the construction drawings provided.
The contract works is over a three year period and the contract will be split into three separable portions to allow one years' worth of sites to be awarded practical completion before starting the following year's list of sites.
Separable Portions 2 and 3 may be excluded pending funding confirmation
Tenders close at 4pm on Thursday 16 December 2021. The intention is for a contract to be awarded prior to Christmas to allow construction to commence in January 2022.
