Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) intends to rebuild approximately 200m of sewer main along the rear of residential properties in Emerald Avenue, East Tamworth. The existing manholes will remain in place and is only needing the pipeline to be removed and re-laid on same alignment, with corrected grade. TRC has easement over the sewer infrastructure to complete required works on it, however the extent of the easement will require close cooperation with land owner/occupants.
Due to Covid Restrictions, site visits can be arranged when suitable to both Contractor and Principal to reduce amount of contacts. Please contact TRC Principals Representative to determine a time suitable. This meeting and site inspection is Mandatory to provide a proposal on these works.
