Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Maranoa Regional Council invites tenders for the upgrade to the Jockey Rooms at Bassett Park, Roma QLD 4455 as per the supplied Drawings and Specification.

The scope shall include, but is not limited to the following;

• Demolition and removal of fixings, linings and internal walls in preparation for works to follow.
• Demolition and removal of concrete slabs to make way for new showers
• Electrical upgrade
• Plumbing works
• Glazing
• Carpentry
• Concreting
• Blockwork
