To undertake a review of four different NT legislative Acts. The Acts are being reviewed to address and resolve areas within the legislation that are found to be unfair, discriminatory or detrimental to Aboriginal people. The four Acts are the Bail Act, Sentencing Act, Juries Act and Parole Act.
