Tender Description
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the construction of new sporting amenities / players pavilion at Hurstville Oval.
The construction works include:
- home and away change rooms
- referees room
- medical room
- public toilets
- first floor viewing area
- office space
- food preparation area
- internal bathrooms
A detailed scope of works and detail design outlining of the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document.
Current Situation
Onsite works have commenced with limited earth works and piling. The Contractor will be required to take possession of the site and ensure correct depths and size.
A tender briefing and site inspection will be at 9am on Thursday 25 November 2021.
The Closing Time for this RFT is at 10am on Friday 10 December 2021. Late submissions will not be considered.
