The scope of works for this package includes sea freight barging services to Aurukun, Western Cape York Queensland in order to support Project Construction.

The Scope of Works for this package includes:
 Provision of off-site receipting service
 Provision of off-site marshalling/laydown area and temporary warehousing
 Security services at port of receipt (laydown/warehouse)
 Freight scheduling and barging service from point of receipt to Aurukun barge landing
 Barge/vessel unloading and transport to the Project nominated laydown in Aurukun township

The selected Contractor may also be required to arrange/manage the following ancillary services including, but not necessarily limited to:
 Contractor/Project team liaison for incoming freight
 Management of Aurukun township laydown area including security services
 Scheduling of and on-forward freight transport to Project/Contractor construction area laydown areas on site

The expected initial contract term would be for at least five years.

The selected Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labour, equipment, including all furnishings, tools, consumables and operating supplies, materials and personnel to perform all necessary operations required for the Scope of Works generally described above.

Any Contractor subsequently selected by the Project will have ability to undertake the full range of logistical operations, proven in comparable locations
