The Queensland Government is seeking offers for QED11623 - For the Provision of Professional Goods and Services to Support the Kindy Uplift Program.
Department of Education (DoE) is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA) with a Pre-Qualified Panel of Suppliers (PQP) to provide a web catalogue consisting of a range of Goods and/or Services to eligible kindergarten providers to support the Kindy Uplift Program.
The objective of the SOA PQP is to strengthen children’s access to meaningful participation in kindergarten experiences and improving children’s learning and development with reference to
the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and five priority areas. Details of the five (5) Priority Areas are outlined in Part B - Attachment 1 Five Priority Areas.
1. Social and emotional capability
2. Physicality
3. Thinking and responding
4. Oral language and communication
5. Access and inclusion.
The following is out-of-scope for this SOA:
- Provision of Allied Health Services for any individual child specific therapy, interventions or programs.
- Child assessment and individual referral services
- One-off program or resources packages
