Building Audits 2022

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking a suitably experienced consultant to survey a number of buildings and determine the following:

• Overall condition
• Capital Works requirements over the next three years
• Condition and Remaining Useful Life of major components
• We will use this information to determine:
• Day to day management decisions about the buildings
• Our future capital works programme
• Our long term financial plan for buildings

These audits will cover 52 buildings in the City of Melville. The buildings are listed in Appendix D.
