Tender Description
In 2018, the City of Launceston conducted an Organisational Culture Assessment as part of our ongoing Cultural Development Program. This assessment utilised Human Synergistics survey tools, being the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) and the Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI).
In 2021/22 the City of Launceston seeks to conduct the survey for the whole organisation again in order to monitor change in organisational culture, with the view to measure and recognise progress towards the desired culture that was identified 2018 Ideal survey, and identify opportunities to incorporate into Our Cultural Roadmap.
