Strathalbyn Town Centre Revitalisation, Civil and Streetscape Projects

⁠⁠⁠The Strathalbyn Town Centre Revitalisation – Traffic, Parking and Streetscape Plan is a Council initiative that commenced in 2017 with the purpose of reinvigorating the township, providing increased connectivity, tourism, and economic opportunity.

This initiative involved an extensive township study and public consultation to develop future direction and project outcomes. The project deliverables were compiled into eight (8) stages to be rolled out over several years subject to funding availability. On 27 September 2021 by way of a Local Government Infrastructure Partnership Program Grant Deed Alexandrina Council was provided funding approval by the State Government to deliver these stages by 21 March 2023.

3. the term of the contract will be 12 month with no extension option
