Expressions of Interest will be sought from proponents with the suitable skills, experience and qualifications to provide facility management services to guests accommodated in the quarantine facility at the Centre for National Resilience at Howards Springs NT. Services will include cleaning services, waste management, courier services, laundry services and guest service support including 24/7 manned reception and concierge services.

Interested proponents must be able to cater to fluctuations in resident numbers and all personnel engaged on site will be required to comply with all directions of the NT Chief Health Officer.
