Expressions of Interest will be sought from proponents with the suitable skills, experience and qualifications to provide catering services to guests accommodated at the quarantine facility at the Centre for National Resilience at Howards Springs NT.

Services will include the supply of all necessary foodstuffs and materials, preparation and packaging of all meals, delivery of a hot evening meal, pre-packed breakfast and lunch in a single drop each day, provision of all packaging materials with all meals provided in disposable containers, cutlery and condiments and management of an on-site kitchen and dining room to provide meals to on-site staff each day. Menus must be varied and provide guests with a high quality and nutritionally balanced diet including vegetarian and gluten free options.

Interested proponents must be able to cater to fluctuations in resident numbers and all personnel engaged on site will be required to comply with all directions of the NT Chief Health Officer.
