Hunter Valley Flood Mitigation Scheme (HVFMS) 2021-22 Flood Pipe Relining - FP 8.180-A-B.

Local Land Services trading as NSW Soil Conservation Service invites you to respond to this RFT for the design, supply and installation of two cured in place pipe (CIPP) liners made from woven fibreglass reinforced plastic (resin) and cured with ultraviolet light within the host pipes (FP 8.180 A and B) including some associated earthworks and site remediation.

The liners will have a warranty for a minimum fifty-year design life. The liners will be designed to withstand all design loads independently of the host pipes (which are assumed to be fully deteriorated). Design loads are those provided in the geotechnical investigations report and any other loads that may be present at the site, including a fully loaded 12 tonne tipper truck.

Submissions will be assessed, awarded and managed according to the MW21 contract.

Works must be finished by 31st May 2022. Consideration must be given to any potential issues preventing this prior to submitting a response. This includes but is not limited to COVID-19 supply chain delays.

• 21/01/2022 - Commence Supply of services; and
• 31/05/2022 - Complete supply of services.

Special Requirements - Due to Covid-19 – site visit will be undertaken with people maintaining distances >1.5m apart, minimum one vehicle per contractor, mask wearing is mandatory. Doubly vaccinated is desirable otherwise adherence to all other COVID safe rules will be required. Please provide vaccination certificate if available.
