MDHB are seeking respondents to this RFI from deconstruction/demolition companies, building removal/relocation companies, organisations looking to purchase/repurpose a building and have the capability and capacity to remove the building, etc.

The building is currently located in the vicinity of where the new Acute Mental Health Unit (AMHU) will be situated. MDHB are interested in understanding what services are available to remove this building from the current location.

We are interested in information from any and all organisation with an interest in the building itself, or the services involved in relocating, or demolishing it.

The building is currently managed by Ventia Ltd. Prior to any works commencing, Ventia will disconnect any services, including:
• Water,
• Gas,
• Data, etc.
