The council is inviting submissions for the Judges Tower Replacement at the Barcaldine Race Club. The following documentation is available to download in the portal.

• Supply of Goods Agreement with Installation
• Request for Tender including Response Schedule and Conditions of Tendering
• Scope of Works
• Special Conditions.

Offers are to be submitted via tender portal ONLY no later than 4pm Friday 10th December 2021.

For your proposal to be considered a conforming tender, it must include the following:

• Commercial element (Quote)
• Evidence of the insurances set out in the Request for Tender
• Response Schedule
• Financial Statements (last 2 years)

Responses must be received as separate documents (as issued) i.e. not combined in a single PDF document.

Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering and on the following basis:

• Commercial Factors including adherence to Contract;
