Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) are looking for Healthy Lifestyles Services that are focused on achieving equity for Māori, Pacific and other vulnerable populations. The services need to be evidence based in achieving improved health and wellbeing of the people of Canterbury and reducing the burden of disease for those with long term health conditions. CDHB are looking for services that are culturally engaging and responsive, whanau-centred, accessible and can reach our priority and rural populations. Services will need to demonstrate they will be nimble across a variety of delivery platforms including in remote settings and at times they are most accessible for the populations they are delivering to. We are looking for one or more proposals from the range of providers including smaller providers who may only provide a component of the service, as well as larger organisations that may want to partner with other organisations.
